Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item must be in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
